Hmm? Regarding the design for Odette II (White Swan) from the novel. Jacky said he needed the Odette II for her monomolecular crystal mast used on the bowsprit. Monomolecular crystal which formes the plasma crystal is suitable to accumulate high density energy and direct it to the target of Stellar Slayer (the originally intended weapon, not the supernova bomb).

Kinda hard to imagine how it would work if there is a Season 2 of the anime.

It reminds me when Alex was trying to outrun Jumping Jack Flash and his Viper ship at the start of Hoshi no dance wo Mi ni Oide.. He asked his men, and they said "It's a trap", "A trick", "It's a camouflage, right?", "Obviously it is a trap".

Not to mention the ships warped out at Pirate Route (Corridor West 22). In this timeline, the galaxy was yet to be unified by the Empire. In the prologue of MiniPi vol 1, Princess Apricot warped out at Corridor West 37, which Kane told the two women in the cocktail dresses that in the past, the space was known as Pirate Route.

Recently I re-watched The Wrath of Khan, The Seach of Spook, and Star Trek 2009, and I'm emotionally compromised when Spook said his famous words, "I have been and always shall be your friend". I wonder when Chiaki is going to say that .
You could say that Methuselah in MiniPi is the equivalent of Vulcan. Sadly, Chiaki doesn't have pointy ears (BBA-tachi have them ), and is is not clear if Nora is her mother. If she is, then Chiaki should be half-Methuselah.....wait how does that even work?

In recent Sensei's tweet, he said he would like to work faster this year. Other good news is that HoshiPi reprint vol 2 and vol 3 are scheduled for February and March releases.

That's a shame. So the sales weren't enough?

When Jacky came aboard Barubarusa to discuss about surrendering to the pirates and switching sides etc, Misa did medical check ups on him. It was then revealed that the Swindler's body was filled with Nanomachines, and truth serum won't work on him.

After the discussions, the pirates let him go. Jacky performed system check on his ship. He wanted to make sure if there were traces of his computer being cracked. Since the computer didn't find anything, he doubt it if there was someone with cracking skills of a Wizard level had played with his computer.
He then asked himself if the pirates did believe him and left the ship unchecked, that the pirates were stupider than he predicted. He talked to himself about if the pirates had performed inspection without him realizing, and they planted bomb inside his ship.

He continued blabbering about him being 疑心暗鬼 (Gishin anki)-ed by the pirates (it means Suspicion will raise bogies/Once you suspect something, everything else will look suspicious)
He then suspected the foods that he had with the pirates inside a dining hall that Marika regarded "like a hotel". inside Barubarusa.

....Can nanomachines fixed neurosis?

Though at the end of vol 8, he was kinda cool when he said "See you around" before jumping from the rooftop and Luna Lion came out flying. Noel is still on pursuit.
