But that wasn't even really a hint, I'd understand if it was just those two in that ending screen but two other characters joined in just after so it could just be seen as two random Q4 members in an ending screen.
Plus really this show has less romantic connotations than freaking yugioh and we all know how that turned out. Typically it's just comic relief that may or may not turn into something more. Really it's quite refreshing to have a female card game player that has shown no romantic interest in any of male characters. Typically that's all there is to them with the ability to actually play the game just thrown in.
