Yeah that'd be nice and I've seen the fan theories about it and such but Word Of God says he's dead, I also have the final episode right here on dvd, threw it in the lappy and... nope nothing there besides C.C. talking to Lelouch whcih could be him dead and spirit form or her talking to herself or anything, it could be anything and was said by Word of God for him to be dead, it's pretty darn likely he's dead, I like to think he's alive too but you can't pass that off as fact sorry bro

Also Kirito didn't you play the game for Fate? If you did then you'd know Shirou does end up with Rin in one of the routes (heck the best route I'd say)
