I'm at my wits' end. My cat has been urinating everywhere as a way of marking his territory and I am going crazy cleaning up after him. Too late for snipping. Cats should be neutered before they "hit puberty" for best results. There's a fair chance he'll continue the habit now that it is established. And it is fundamental to a male UNneutered cat to spray and mark his territory.
Call your humane society and see what they suggest.
