This movie was average but the ending was fantastic. It was sad and the novel goes further into detail and in the novel it tells you what they wrote in the letters the day they met and kissed for the last time. It was sad but stuff like this happens alot. Long distance relationships almost never work out and she was the one that stopped contacting him, he always waited for her...and he dated quite alot of girls in the novel after but it never worked out.
