Finished volume 1. It's basically the manga, but more detailed and a few little differences. (for example, Satou doesn't save Tsukaya by jumping on the road and hugging her, he just stands and make the truck stop. He does the hero rescue for the 3 kittens, though

The Individuality thingy is explained better too. (also, dunno if Persona was used in the manga raw, or if the translator came up with it. In the LN it's 個性者 which can be badly translated as Individuality Holder, or Personality Holder, so Persona is a nice term. Fun fact: Quirks in Boku no Hero Academia are 個性 in Japanese too)
Anyway, basically, since they're children everyone is told they're all special to not be too shocked when they learn that, in fact, they aren't compared to the Personas. You can say that being Villager was forced on them to give them something to rely on.
I think vol 2 goes a little over the translated manga, so it'll be new from here.
