I'm going to ship Hakaze and Yoshino hard, but I feel like we need to know more about Aika to see who she likes more. Maybe Yoshino and Hakaze would make a boring couple, but I feel it would be pretty awesome still.

A curious thing, that scene (where she stops before kissing him) is an added scene of the anime (this scene has never appeared in the manga). They agreed that they would kiss for the first time at their next date (this is seen in Chapter 2 of the anime and is part of the manga), but Aika was killed before.
Aika's feelings remain a mystery even to readers of the manga (including the readers of raws). Just know that both guys are very important to Aika.
