They said the Hayate movie was being made by Manglobe (people who are doing The World God Only Knows season 2 right now), but I don't think I heard whether them or JC Staff were doing season 3.
As for Shana III, they said it was going to be after Shana S, but that ended in September 2010, and I don't think anything's been said for a while, so it could possibly be a 2012 show.
