The bad guy in the IS x Fourze xover's motivation is the evolution of mankind. Advancement so to speak. His conviction to pursue advancement came abut due to Tabane's IS which broke the boundaries of modern science. He believed there were still unexplored possibilities and he discovered one in the form of cosmic energy. Despite his research he would only gather enough data to be able to make a theoretical design of a machine that could harness cosmic energy. He built a prototype and activated it, causing a dimensional rift that pulled Fourze over to the world of IS. The bad guy was able to get his hands on one of Fourze's cosmic switches which allowed him a breakthrough in his research and accelerated it by leaps and bounds. He eventually teams up with PT to gain their funding while they make use of his newfound energy source. As his research progressed, he realized that cosmic energy is basically a recycled form of entropy. Since the universe always strives for order and Entropy can be treated as chaos, it reduces this chaos by transforming it into cosmic energy through a spacial phenomenon known as "The Hole". Once advancement of "Switch Stratos" have reached their peak, the badguy eventually turns to a different form of advancement using cosmic energy, biological evolution. As if guided by fate, he starts to diverge from Fourze's system and develops zodiarts switches, switches similar to those used by Fourze's past enemies.
