I don't think it's a flash back volume, although it does have a few flash back scene, but I have to check again to be sure since I just skimmed through it. As for Origami, vol 4 mainly deal with her and her fixation on revenge against the fire spirits that kills her parents, but I don't think there's an explanation about her stalkerish behaviour.
