There's no proof of him being that. He doesn't have any reaction besides going WTF when he took Last Order's blanket (he didn't know she wasn't wearing anything under) and walked in on Last Order, Yomikawa, and Yoshikawa in the bath (he didn't know they were there plus they didn't lock the door).
Like somebody said before, his relationship with Last Order is like a close brother/sister type. She's the first one who actually treated him as a person so she's special to him.
