9. 道徳塗説 // It's a four-character idiom that I couldn't quite find the meaning of

I think this is a slight play on the phrase 道聴塗説, which means (from Jim Breen's WWWDIC) "shallow-minded mouthing of second-hand information"...
so perhaps "shallowly-spoken morals" or, more creatively, "an empty moral lecture" or something like that...

30. 吹き溜まり //

(WWWDIC) "drift of snow or leaves" OR "a hang-out for drifters"
(I think we need to find it in the series to figure out which one suits...maybe both do?)

DISC 2
1. 雑多坩堝 // Another four-kanji idiom I couldn't quite decipher

(I think a straightforward translation works for this one?) "miscellaneous/mixed melting pot"

8. 逢う魔が刻 //

I think this comes from the phrase 逢魔時 (おうまがとき), which refers to dusk, the gloomy period of time where day turns into night.
Perhaps...er..."The Twilight Zone"?

39. 普通最高 // And another idiom

(A straightforward translation might also work for this one?)
Normal is best (or perhaps "Normality Rocks!" )

You must free yourself from that illusion,
from the illusion that a story must have a beginning and an end.
