No news at the moment.
Though I believe there are rumors that they're doing Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations right now, so they may be working on xxxHoLic Kei as well if that's true.
They
do have Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations so an announcement of xxxHoLic Kei may not be too far behind.
Only time will tell.
