Karum, when you want to post actual bbcode you can use the
noparse tag to prevent vB from interpreting words with brakets. So if you wish to write:

...type it in as:
[noparse][quote=[url]http://www.precisesecurity.com/threats/w32heular][/url]
[/noparse]
