So we came to the conclusion, that recommending certain artists for a genre does not really work, as most arstists' styles vary too much.
Listing all your favorite artists is not specific enough to really point to the good songs made by those artists.
Also such a list is both too much information at once and too much work to go through, overwhelming the lazy of us.
I would still love to tap into the vast knowledge of our users' music reportoire.
It's still the best way to discover new music.
So how about this thread?
- Post only one or two songs a day. If you know more, keep them in reserve for later.
- Don't only post your absolute favorites, although those are a good start. Aim for whatever is interesting, new, or needs more attention for some reason (we won't judge your taste in music based on this
).
