Well, ReimuA's "Fantasy Seal" is really powerful, while ReimuB has the advantage of "Persuasion Needle". Personally, I think you should start with ReimuA.
Oh, and I suggest you play on Normal Mode or higher. In this way, you'll improve your skills much better than on Easy Mode, in my opinion.
