If they wouldn't have dubbed it it would've been too weird with that voice change.
And if it really is Kugimiya singing I'm so damn glad they dubbed it since I hate her voice with a passion
(only role I accept her in is Alphonse Elric. She's just annoying as any other character I had to endure her)
