Ellis is CQC and air battle (she can fly). So, her position is Vanguard
Claire is middle and back up member. She is also the brain of the team (she is the smartest in the school) and great commander(in the battle, everyone always listen to Claire command) and can immediately decide strategy.
Fianna is supporter with her knight spirit that great for defense (her attack is low). She can hold 2 tyrano spirit from Leonora team by herself. She also can buft the team spirit by Kagura dance (she former priestess after all) that can multyple the strenght of everyone spirit. Her position also in the middle with Clare.
Rinslet as sniper has position in the back. With great accuracy and ice element, she can capture any enemy (she cannot do well in the forest because of tree).
Kamito is the same as Ellis, Vanguard. she also the sensor and radar of the team (because everyone already know that Kamito former assasin past, they thrust Kamito's intuition). He is also the ace (finisher and the one that will hold enemy ace). Seldom, he become decoy to make time for Claire to develop strategy.
