Considering the stuff that airs now, I'm not sure we need to worry about "safe rated" or "kiddyness" anymore.

I don't mean the OVA will suck or, anything. I just prefer a more standardized schedule. I also feel a fanbase has better chance of growing in a TV series than OVA which release can sometimes fluctuate wildy, leaving people to forget when next episode comes out.
Animation will definitely be better, but it's not you can't good animation on TV show. In anycase I'm looking forward to the Anime regardless.
