Well it's not impossible, but I wouldn't bet on it. The best case scenario would be like 21 and 22, released within 2 months and meeting the 3 volumes per year standard.

SAO was the first web novel published by Dengeki Bunko. Mahouka is the second. Remember that v2 was the one with the infamous, 'I had to finish writing this in 17 days...'.
