There must is a reason why Yuuki has not already gone out with Chisato all these years, right? Also, I think Yuuki is the one who has been supporting Chisato because of her traumatic event, not the other way around. Besides sexually waking him up and sexually provoking him, Chisato more or less is the one in need instead of the one that helps.
If you have not gone out with someone for all this time, it usually means you don't see the person that way, which, btw, Yuuki straight out told her.

Of course in real life not everyone will get to have a supermodel with top IQ's and great emotional support fall in love with them. However, if it ever does happen in that one small chance, I'm not sure if most guys will turn her down. My statement was telling how extraordinary the situation with Satsuki is, and an opportunity that most people would not pass up given the chance.
Let me give you a metaphor. If someone gave you 100 million dollars, no strings attached, would you turn down the money, or would you take it?
Also, my subsequent post from the one quoted above did mention that people fall in love for different reasons. The quote above was made in the event that he has not
already fallen in love with someone else and is still finding love. And no, I'm not making any decisions for Yuuki. We are all just speculating who he will end up with, given what we know.
