If Accel tried hard enough at Level 6, he could literally put LO back together, using vectors no one knew existed to assemble her right down to the last
quark.
Try even harder, and access the 13th dimension, where time is a vector itself, he update his skill and reverse the flow of time on LO, reverting her back to whatever state she was before her demise.
He can't reverse the flow of time on himself till before the achievement of Level 6 of course, but any time afterwards, he can reverse the flow backwards like 1-2 seconds before dangerous insult, allowing him to be unkillable like Mr Amazing Punch.
Try even harder, he can interpret the flow of causality and reverse it. And in doing so, become Lancer.
