Well 4chan isn't the most trustworthy source but from what I heard Molester's online activity dropped considerably and he barely posted, however in his last post some time ago he was still together with Kansai (going on 8 years I believe) so...he either hid Sachiko very well, threw her away or Kansai found her and was cool with it (as in, she made fun of him constantly).
