I've only watched episode 1 of the 2nd season, and with all this talk about what happens at the end, I just had to find out what was going on. That scene was just intense, even for someone who's been there done that. That has to be one gutsy move, and I think because of this, Genshiken has jumped up to become one of two most favorite anime of all time. It was already getting there due to the OAV's, but I'm a sucker for real slice-of-life shows (ie Hachikuro). Hopefully this will be a good setup for the final couple to form, ironically with some help...
