It's especially noticable in the SRW and ACE games, where, when it's not time for her to do something like in the show, C.C. is more or less forgotten about, and her anti social tendenices means she rarely hangs out with the other characters.
ACE R was probably the most glaring since most of the Geass plot is put on hold. C.C. is only barely in the game, and really shouldn't have been bothered being in it at all, beyond her being a popular character. She has only a handful of lines, and doesn't actually do anything plotwise at all.
