Accelerator's punch makes sense... He accelerates to a high rate. And force = mass x acceleration. Or momentum = mass x velocity. Either way, an inhumanly strong punch.
Touma on the other hand, a regular guy throwing regular punches. Even Mike Tyson can't One Hit KO every single person out there.....
