My mistake. I was talking about BB:CT.
Truth be told, in most of the fighting games I've played, I always avoided characters at top tier (well....Rachel is a different case, since I already chose her before the game was out
), but to get your own tier, like Rachel in CS, doesn't make me happy either.
Either way, you will have to adjust your play style no matter who you choose, and BB:CS won't come out on console for a while, so just enjoy the current one.
