Try to add a more dreamy feeling. Also make the colors more vivid!
PS: I do my "dreamy" things with this: Apply Image > Gaussian blur @2.0 > blending mode Screen > if turns out too bright, lower opacity.
PS2: To get rid of that tag, just click "Edit Tags" in the "Tags"
window, and uncheck the "hakuryu" option
