Holy mother of asspull, it seems my problem is fixed for the meantime.
I just got the usual pop-up from Java, which in hindsight I get all the time but strangely I haven't gotten in a while.
So after I got that pop-up it seems I'm sort of okay now.
I'm not sure what the hell just happened though...
EDIT: Well that didn't last long...
