Shura no toki - a fighting technique handed down for generations which does not use weapons
Shigurui - very violent samurai action
Blade of the immortal - samurai action
Sword of the stranger - a movie, samurai again
Basilisk - ninja for grown ups.
Tsukikage ran - female samurai and her companion on their travels
Tenjou Tenge - pretty cool fighting in high school ambience, not childish
Fate/stay night - some of the best sword fights IMO
of all those I only know the anime
