That's still a minor background involvement, nothing at all profound or promoted.
Nothing like the highly involved crossovers like the To Aru series he mentioned, and much closer to the examples I mentioned.
In fact, the examples you mentioned are nearly identical to connections between GGG and Betterman. And they are still small.
I have a feeling you're missing the point there.
