I totally agree. I was always shocked when such imagery happens in
Psycho-Pass, which is a success considering it's a Urobuchi's work after all, but it felt tame.
I can't believe Rikako has a deformed mentality, and her father always portrays nude girls getting dismembered. I have yet to learn a reason why she's so sadistic and fearful in the first place.
