There are a lot but not all throughout has snow scene from the very first to last epi.
Some that i know are
Tsubasa Chronicle- The epi where princess emeralde appeared as phantom.
Sailor Moon ( few scene)
To Heart ( few scene)
Boys Be ( few scene)
itsudatte my santa
fushigi yuugi- the scene where they have to travel to the north ( genbu) to find the sacred jewel.
