True, the sheath has blood-like paint, and the entity is covered in blood, but there's no real similarity between your zanpakuto's. TheUltimate3's uses blood in it's abilities, and is used in combat. As far as you've written, all yours does is appear to be bleeding. Just because blood is a similarity between your creations, don't go right out and suggest being "ripped off" while insulting someone's creativity. That's incredibly pompous and rude, you know.
