I kinda agree. It's pretty much like the story in
SRW/SRT Original Generation 2. Only, in SRW OG 2, the one(s) that force the 'techno-evo' isn't from the future but from another parallel world and also from outer space. Hey, maybe the makers of AGE just played SRW OG 2 on GBA and use the idea from there.
