It can be. But that's the problem I feel.

I don't need full nudity. They don't have to show tits, but they surely don't need to block out everything. It's to the point where it'd look better with just underwear or skimpier clothing which is why that scene with Momo in bed at the start kinda worked. I never even watched the uncensored versions of the first 2 seasons and sure they suffered from censorship, but I felt they also worked around it a bit more effectively. There's a better medium somewhere.

But I get the point. Will just watch the AT-x version or maybe just wait for blurays from now on.
