For me the OVA's are in some ways the most successful form of this remarkable series, ..don't get me wrong the first 100 episodes are among my favorite anime of all time, my interest and enjoyment of the series has declined since then, due to art and character design screw ups and changes..but that period of the golden time first 100 remains for always and is a treasure. The OVAs also maintain that .and the stories have the punch and the tension and the fun of the true spirit of FT.
