No one knows he's mentally fragile. After seeing the reactions of his family when he got back, he just kept quiet and smiled while holding everything in. He's actually really hurt inside and not many people care besides the new wife who sees that he's holding back and constantly tries to cheer him up. (However she cannot see that he's really really really deeply scarred. But she knows its weird for a child to look like that while considering everyone else's feelings first before himself.)

Ouch. That doesn't sound good at all.
I hope he recover later on. And that his mother and his sister break down when the truth about him is revealed.
Call me cruel, but I think that's the least they deserve.
