FYI- not a graphics design guy
The banner art is good, but if you also do gaming, why not have a game character in the banner. I'm not sold on the color scheme, but its not bad either. Depending on how much you do with models I might give it its own tab at the top instead of hiding it under anime. The side bar is busy, but the only thing I would remove would be the tags section and the page view counter. Its great that you have a subscribe button, but have you thought of coming up with a freebie of some sort (I give away a post on anime chefs)
My only real complain is that you have all of your posts on the front page in their entirety one after another. It makes it hard ot scan the last couple of posts you did.
