Nope, chances of her surviving that are as nonexistent as for a water landing. First off, assuming she could break the cockpit windows and get outside, most jump trajectories would either slam her body onto the fuslage or suck her into the intake. Next, plane's still going real fast, she'd hit the water like it was concrete no matter the height. Last, she'd have to set the autopilot to either stay level or go into a nosedive before leaving, assuming she even knew how to do that much. She's unlikely to get off in time if the plane nosedives, but if it was set to level flight, it could actually fly long enough to reach land before crashing.
I think Natalia would have been satisfied to land and have Kiri blow up the plane after she escaped. She would have let the MA and the church clean up any ghoul outbreak if any of the bees had escaped. Too bad for her, Kiri doesn't think that way.
