Problems:
1. Mr.Braun is out for some reason, so the TV(aka tuner) is not on
2. SERN is after them, so they cant wait for him to come back to use the TV
(possible 3.) If Mr.Braun has been out for at least 2 days, then they have no possible way to save Mayuri (if she is fated to die)>.> unless they smash down his door and turn on the TV
