I'm glad you found it a good read. As for Sayaka's predicament, I'm glad that's having the desired emotional impact. But there is reason for hope here (at least for those who have already read the entire Mami Lives, Sayaka Romance route
).

I intend for the "Crippled Sayaka" branches to end next update. I'm not positive it will end then, but I'm about 90% sure it will.
The Sayaka/Kyousuke branch will last at least two more updates.
So yeah, we're almost at the end now.
There's about a 50/50 chance I'll squeeze in another choice or two.
