Because he's used to it? It creates a feeling of being pushed, but it doesn't actually hurt or move you back. Since he's used to fighting in-game he can probably ignore it. A minor detail that they skipped in the anime is that in order to train Battle Healing he's had to take a lot of damage. It's supposed to emphasize his badass "life on the line" playing style, but it also means he's used to taking hits calmly.
