As I posted earlier. Please be careful how you label the themes in this work... lol Claiming that this hints at anti-U.S. stances seems to suggest you accept the sort of "U.S" imaging this work portrays... Yes.. an imperialistic and not so very kind one. I don't consider this portrayal... anything near U.S. standard (policy?) at all, so I don't agree to adopt the terminology for this.

But i digress... i suggest u take some classes on power oppression and prividge. You should also learn to seperate between Art and politics.

Someone didn't get drawn in by the wording. Good.
Spoiler for On TakeP-Executive Producer and his and other variations of "anti-US". Ignore if you tire of philosophical analysis and fringe in-topic discussion:
TakeP (Takeda Seiji, Executive Producer) who we discussed earlier in the thread is known to be "anti-U.S." (as the JP term is literally translated), but reading into what he's been quoted saying seems to suggest a lot more... not problems with the country itself (like its existence if you take 'anti' in a destructive way) but problems with its tendencies, and policies. From his stance as a Asian citizen, this is taken as it might be as a voice against American involvement in Asia and how it goes about its business there. In addition his comments on recent US actions and policies seems to suggest some basic anti-imperialism, anti-war, worries about clashes between civilizations more then anything.
To say it simply: for TakeP its like his anti-imperialism has become synomonous(sp?) with "anti-US policy"... When you look up anti-imperialism in the dictionary of TakeP it has a big picture of George W Bush and some small maps of recent world events involving America. lol Hes in a sort of tunnel vision. Blood+ and Geass seem to be examples of how this definition is becoming prominent in TakeP's thinking.
Anyway, though mentioned before, JP worries about Geass center around being "anti-U.S." (as the JP term used) in a range of senses. This is because theres always been portions of peeps... young folk, middle aged, and even real old grannies who didn't enjoy or basically disliked having US Bases, troops etc stationed in JP. The anti-US in this sense is a dislike of the presence of US influence based in JP... This tends to have a good spread among peeps and is far from a destructive sort of "anti". The worry nowadays is that... being too far along this line would make US influence leave the area or change how it acts in this time of uncertainty (North Korea issue). TakeP is way~way along this line (to the point that his definition warped as explained earlier, and), to the point that he still has connectives to the old granny protesting outside a base but he works in the realm of artistic and a purely political stance unlike the granny whos on the street.
Uhh great to see this subbed, though I don't really watch subs anymore lol I would comment on them if I did
