Going by how flustered Signum is, I'd say that's correct.
Although on one hand, the artist is big on straight sex, and on the other he mostly only does Fate doujins. So A straight sex Signum doujin (I think I've seen one other) or a Fatenum yuri doujin...Both would be rather new for him. Threesome, maybe?
