Mmm, listening to deliciously different accents is always more fun than reading.
I think the artist just played around with the whole Fate and Hayate thing, but I'm probably only thinking that because of what they sort of did with Natsuki, Nao, and Shizuru from the Mai-Hime series. Heh.
