1) espers are nothing more than lab rats: if one dies, Aleister can always make another. Accelerator is no exception to that. He's entirely expendable
2) They know if they don't take him out, he's going to cause them troubles because of LO
3) Accelerator wouldn't be of much use anyways, and he'd be entirely useless against Vento, he would end up the same as those anti-skill
