It's not like she hasn't seen him in the buff before either. Both of them get trapped in a steam room together (Spa filler chapter) and they had to take their clothes off since it stuck to their body. Neither particularly cared due to the way they were raised and the fact that both of them look somewhat androgynous.
Of course, the gang opens the door and sees both of them nude while they were panting (Due to heat) so it made a rumor.
