That depend where indeed, in Tokyo or Kyoto all is more expensive, but yeah you can find them for more or less 1$/€ (but the quality of the paper is close to the toilet paper
), in the US manga are incredibly expensive.

This 2 words can have the same significance : to turn.
But mawaru can also mean
to swivel or to veer whereas magaru can mean
to curve, bend or to fold.
It's slightly different
