Xerath Spotlight :
This range , don't back near your turret when Xerath is next to you. Seems like a great harasser. In TF he's far behind the tanky & cie , it will be hard to pass through them to kill him. Hello! Nocturne ! One of my main , gonna taste him.
And he have very low cd. But well , it's a spotlight so
